Production Technician I

Aid in the production of medical devices through the application of specialized processes such as cleaning, blasting, polishing, assembly, epoxy application, inspection, and packaging and shipping to meet internal and external requirements. This role maintains strict compliance to the internal quality system requirements, customer quality requirements, and regulatory requirements.

What You’d be doing

  • 01

    Must have good social skills and be able to work well with a passionate and energetic team

  • 02

    Follow procedures and established methods. Also work safely around machinery

  • 03

    Document the completion of manufacturing steps with accurate counts and conduct inspection and document the results

  • 04

    Read, understand, and follow work instructions. Also, contribute to the development and improvement of processes

CNC Machinist

An all around rocking individual to help with the day to day business processes. This person should be well organized and proficient with machining processes. Also this person should be able to work well with their hands and enjoy making things. This position is full time and is paid hourly. Mount Mfg believes in paying well and treating employees right.

What You’d be doing

  • 01

    Reads and understand blueprints and customer requirements

  • 02

    Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions

  • 03

    CNC operation (starting, shutting down, machine offsets)

  • 04

    Be a crucial part of a nimble team that is working hard to grow a business into a leading orthopedic medical device company
