Our turning department consists of turning capabilities up to Ø32mm, B-Axis milling, deep hole drilling, and thread whirling.

Milling

Our milling department consists of highspeed spindles, 5 axis trunnions, and fast rapid movements for productivity.

Marking and Finishing

Our final finishing department consists of laser marking with rotary capability, epoxy application, and automated blasting.

Cleaning and Passivation

Our cleaning and passivation line is fully automated and the process validation is designed to support global initiates such as EU MDR and biological safety.

Inspection Technology

Our inspection technology consists of vision system inspection with touch probe capability on the shop floor and in the final inspection area. We’re ready for your GD&T requirements.

GD&T

Our inspection software is equipped with the latest software algorithms to interpret point cloud data into profiles, positions, and all of your other needs.
